The Miller Rhoads Apartments are a great apartment option in downtown Richmond. My husband and I did a fair amount of comparison shopping before we moved and we really felt that M R offered the most square footage and amenities for what you pay. The location in downtown in great - we can easily walk to grab a bite to eat, get on the Pulse bus line, or even get down to the James River. Management Kimberly and Valerie and Maintenance Johhny are always so responsive and helpful and just all around nice people. I feel like our apartment is made with good quality materials hardwood floors, stone counter tops , has a good amount of storage closets, cupboards and is VERY sound proof. And we like that the parking for the building is underground so our car stays out of inclement weather and stays a LOT cooler in the summer. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to rent in downtown Richmond.

We have lived in Miller and Rhoads for 7 months now and love it. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If there are any issues, they deal with and fix them right away. The building is in a great, centralized location of Richmond. You are close to a lot of great restaurants, walking distance to the VCU campus both the Monroe Park and Medical campuses , walking distance to the James River, and walking distance to the heart of downtown Richmond.

Great property in a great location

I've been here for a little more than five months - this is my first place in Richmond, so while I can't compare it to anything else here, I can compare it to other places I've lived, and this is near the top. It's surrounded by places to eat and drink, it's a quick walk to the river and it's just a really nice and pretty place to live. No complaints whatsoever.

I've been living here just over 6 years and I love it So close to so many restaurants, and being conjoined with the Hilton defiantly has its perks Safety was a huge selling point and parking underground makes it even better.

Miller Rhoads is in a great location close to the conference center, theaters, bus lines and a wealth of restaurants. The apartments are large with really high ceilings. It's great to have access to the Hilton lobby. The staff and maintenance people are friendly and helpful. Valerie is especially great to work with.

At the beginning of 2014 I moved to New Orleans for work and I know that when I think of the time that i will have spent in this city, I will remember the Hibernia Tower. It makes a world of a difference when you come home after a long day at work to a home that you can feel safe, quiet, and comfortable. It all boils down a great use of space, high ceilings, wonderful views, impressive amenities, amazing location, a structural icon of the skyline, and a level of cleanliness that will change your mind about city apartment living. I like the location and how I can't hear my neighbors. The building itself is quiet, the staff are great and the maintenance is completed in a good, timely fashion. I could only suggest trying to get an apartment off Carondelet and on a higher floor as the streetcars and construction next door that seems to be constant is very loud.

I moved here from uptown in January and I couldn't have been happier with my decision! It's a perfect location with everything you need just a walk away! When I walked into my place for the first time I was blown away. It was much bigger than I anticipated and the tall ceilings make it seem even larger. All the appliances are super up to date and the building amenities are fantastic. Between the apartments there is minimal noise (you might hear a door close or if your neighbor stomping around upstairs) but you're going to get that just about everywhere. My only complaint is that the noise from the street, expectedly, is pretty loud. You're dealing with a lot of Bourbon foot traffic and lots of cars if you're facing Gravier or Carondelet. So invest in some earplugs if you're a light sleeper!

It's nice. Very quiet, and the staff is very pleasant and always willing to continue providing pleasant service. Furthermore, it's convenient. For example, there's a gym in the building, and, soon enough, there will be on-site parking. The building has come a long way since I moved here in October, and I absolutely am thrilled to call the Hibernia Tower my home.

It is a great place to live. You can't beat the location and the views are awesome. I love to walk around the city and go into the Quarter on weekend days when you can see so many of the street performers.
I love everything except the 3am construction.

Living in Hibernia Tower has been such a great experience. The staff and the ladies in the MGMT Office have been so polite and welcoming to me. I am not from New Orleans so I was pretty hesitant on moving, but everyone has just been so kind and helpful. I am so glad I am living in Hibernia Tower. I plan on living here for as long as possible!

I love living here, some of the other residents exhibit a sense of boorishness, but as with every great deal there are some sacrifices. Making sure the lobby doors are locked, and the security staff stayed awake and actually ID'd random entrants would help a lot.

Neighbor's are young and friendly; lots of neat bars and restaurants blocks away; awesome management team; perfect for a downtown lifestyle. i wish they had recycling though!!

I absolutely love living at Hibernia! Everything is just a short walk away, or off the streetcar line. I personally have a beautiful view of the city and the superdome from my apartment. The apartments are beautiful, the whole complex is well kept, there are courtesy guards on duty 24/7. And to top it off, the leasing/management department has got to be one of the best in town. They know everyone on a first name basis and are genuine people- incredibly professionable and at the same time personable! I personally couldnt be happier with everything and I can stop talking about to all my friends and family about how much I love it here! I'd absolutely recommend living here- although, good luck!... i dont know about the other residents, but I plan on living here for a while ;)

From the moment you walk in the door, everyone is so friendly - security guards, management, building staff, even the construction crews! Our apartment is beautiful and you can't beat the views. It is very convenient to anywhere you need to go and offers the best bang for your buck in terms of living downtown!
I see the GREAT potential with this property and I look forward to having all construction completed.
